About Eva

You are here to become.

Eva has a way of seeing what is ready to emerge. People are drawn to her when something in their life is asking to shift, deepen, or come into greater coherence.

How this work found her

Eva did not set out to do this. For years she worked in rooms where people were making decisions about their lives, and noticed she kept hearing something underneath what was being said. Not a secret exactly. More like the thing the person already knew and had not yet found words for.

She started following that. Study came after, not before: years of it, across traditions that take the inner life seriously and across disciplines that take the body seriously. What she found was that the two were never separate, and that most people arrive already carrying the answer they came looking for.

Her work now is largely a matter of listening well enough that the thing underneath has room to surface. Some of what she does looks like insight. Most of it is attention.

She lives on the coast, walks most mornings, and works with a small number of people at a time.

How she works

Four things that ground this work.

She starts where you actually are

Not where you planned to be, or think you should be. The first part of any session is finding the real starting point, which is rarely the one you arrived describing.

Nothing is prescribed

Eva will not tell you what to do with your life. She helps you hear yourself with far less interference, and trusts you entirely with what comes next.

The pace belongs to you

Some things surface in an hour. Some need nine months. Neither is better. The container is chosen to fit what is moving, never to fit a programme.

You leave holding something

Perspective, language, a next step, or simply permission. People come to Eva for clarity. They stay because things keep becoming clearer in her presence.

Everything that happens is in service of setting you free.

Behind the work

Study, and the years before it.

  • Training

  • Practice

Add years in practice and roughly how many people she has worked with

  • Teaching

Eva is not a therapist or a medical practitioner. This work sits alongside clinical care rather than replacing it.

If something is already moving, that is usually the sign.
